Replacement Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we carefully inspect all items before dispatch, we understand that you may need to request a replacement under specific circumstances. Please read the details of our replacement policy below.
Validity Period:
The replacement policy is valid for 7 days after your parcel has been delivered. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Eligibility for Replacement:
You are eligible to request a replacement under the following conditions:
- The product you received is different from what was shown in the pictures or described on our website.
- The product is found to be defective, counterfeit, or damaged upon delivery.
Note:
Replacements are not available for reasons such as a change of mind or personal dislike.
Conditions for Replacement:
To qualify for a replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All labels, tags, and stickers must remain attached to the product.
- The product box or packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Our quality control team will inspect the returned items based on these conditions. If the product does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to the customer without a replacement.
Shipping Costs for Replacement:
- Customers are responsible for sending the product to the Mobix Mart Head Office for replacement.
- The shipping charges for returning the product will be paid by the customer.
How to Request a Replacement:
To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Inform us of your replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

- Share your order details, the reason for replacement, and any supporting evidence (pictures & video of the damaged or incorrect product).
